About FitBizStack

FitBizStack is an independent review site for fitness business software — the tools coaches, personal trainers, and gym owners run their businesses on. FitBizStack launched in 2026 and is owned and operated by Javier Cremades, who edits every review.

Why we exist

Choosing coaching or gym software is unnecessarily hard. Vendors advertise a headline price, then the real bill — client-count tiers, add-ons, payment processing — shows up later and looks nothing like it. We built FitBizStack around one idea: the headline price is not the price. Every review here compares what a tool costs to buy with what it costs to actually run, month by month, at your size of business.

How we review

We verify pricing directly against vendor sources and stamp every number with the date we confirmed it. We score each platform on six published categories with fixed weights, and we always name who a tool is not for. The full scoring model, the rubric, and how we handle corrections are described in our methodology, and our editorial independence policy explains how we keep commissions out of the scores.

How we make money

FitBizStack is free to read. When you sign up for a product through certain links on this site, the vendor may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. We may also display advertising.
