About FitBizStack

FitBizStack is an independent review site for fitness business software. We research, compare, and review the platforms that personal trainers, online coaches, gym owners, and boutique studio operators across the United States rely on every day to run their businesses: coaching platforms like ABC Trainerize and TrueCoach, gym management systems like PushPress and Zen Planner, booking engines, CRM tools, and everything in between.

Why we built this

Choosing business software is a decision fitness professionals live with for years. It holds your client programs, your billing, your schedule, and in many cases your entire revenue. Yet almost every vendor page claims to be the best option on the market, comparison articles copy each other's spec sheets, and real pricing is often buried three clicks deep.

We started FitBizStack to fix that. Our team has spent years reviewing business software for other industries, building the same playbook we apply here: verify every price on the vendor's official page, test what can actually be tested, read what real users complain about in public communities, and publish ratings with published criteria that no vendor can buy.

Every page shows the date we last verified the prices. When a vendor changes plans or hides its pricing, we update the page and say so.

Who we are

FitBizStack is run by a small, independent team of software analysts and writers based in Europe, writing for a US audience. We are not owned by, funded by, or affiliated with any software vendor. Some of the products we review pay us a commission when readers sign up through our links — this never influences our scores, and we review plenty of products that pay us nothing at all.
