Best Fitness Studio Software (2026): Boutique, Yoga, Pilates & HIIT

The best software for boutique fitness, yoga, Pilates, barre and HIIT studios, ranked by our independent score, with the real monthly cost at 50, 100 and 200 clients.

Last updated

A studio needs different things from a big-box gym. Class booking, class packs and memberships matter more than door access, and the client app is often the first thing members judge you on. Prices in this segment run from $0 to $599 a month, and three of the best-known names (Mindbody, Glofox and Mariana Tek) still do not publish what most studios actually pay. These are the eleven platforms in our catalog that boutique, yoga, Pilates, barre and HIIT studios shortlist, ranked by the same six-factor score we use everywhere.

Quick picks

  • Best overall for most studios: TeamUp. Every feature on every plan, and the bill moves only with active customers: $119/mo up to 100, $189 up to 200. A branded app is a $99/mo add-on.
  • Best flat price: Punchpass. Three tiers ($59, $99, $149/mo) that never change with student, class or instructor count, with an on-demand video library included on every plan. No branded app.
  • Best for solo instructors with a big client list: Fitli. Priced by staff seat, not client: $49/mo for just you with unlimited clients, $89 for up to 5 staff.
  • Best free start: Arbox. An always-free tier for up to 5 weekly sessions, then $39, $99 and $239/mo (billed annually), with a branded app on Professional.
  • Best branded app on a budget: MyStudio. A branded member app from the $79/mo Essentials plan, unlimited students on every tier and a published card rate (2.9% + $0.30).
  • Best for multi-service studios: WellnessLiving. Classes, appointments, rewards and AI agents. Most studios land on Business at $199/mo, because the $69 Starter allows one staff member.
  • Best premium boutique platform: Walla. Built only for boutique studios, with WallaPredict retention AI on every tier, at $299 (Core) or $599/mo (Pro, with the branded app) per location.

Sorted by cost at 100 clients. Every price comes from the platform review, each re-checked in October 2026 (the date is on each review). Plans that do not scale with clients are shown at a typical tier: Fitli at Grow ($89, up to 5 staff), Vagaro at 5 staff calendars ($63.99), Punchpass at Flow ($99), MyStudio at Growth ($159), Arbox at Standard ($99) and Walla at Pro ($599). ~ marks a modeled figure: either that typical tier, or, for Mindbody, Glofox and Mariana Tek, which do not publish these plans, what owners and third-party listings report.

The quote-only premium

Mindbody publishes only a $79/mo starting point, and owners report $259–$279/mo for Accelerate, the plan that adds Pick-a-Spot booking. Glofox says "from $99" while operators report $110–$400+, and Mariana Tek publishes no price at all. Pay that premium only if Mindbody’s consumer marketplace will bring you paying clients, or if you run several locations and need Mariana Tek’s branded apps. Otherwise TeamUp, Punchpass or WellnessLiving cost less and tell you the price up front.

Do you need a branded app?

A branded app (your studio’s name in the App Store) is the add-on that moves the bill most. MyStudio includes one from $79/mo and Arbox from $239/mo. TeamUp charges $99/mo on top of any plan, WellnessLiving puts it in BusinessPro ($349/mo) and Walla in Pro ($599/mo). Fitli and Punchpass do not offer one at any price, so clients book through the platform’s own app or web page. Read do you need a branded app? before paying for one.
