Monthly subscription only, sorted by cost at 100 members; add-ons and card processing are extra. Figures come from the fee data behind each review’s calculator (prices verified September–October 2026). ~ marks an estimate: either the vendor is quote-only (figure based on reported prices) or the price depends on something other than members, in which case we show a typical tier. “Quote” means published pricing stops below that size.
What drives the price
- Roster size. Per-member and tiered plans (WodGuru, Wodboard, TeamUp, Zen Planner, Virtuagym) rise as you grow. Flat plans (RhinoFit at $57, PushPress Core Pro at $159) do not.
- What the price is counted on. Some vendors count staff seats (Fitli), staff calendars (Vagaro), courts (CourtReserve), weekly sessions (Arbox) or locations (Wodify, iClassPro) instead of members. Compare at your real numbers, not the headline.
- Add-ons. A branded member app is the most common extra: $39/mo on Zen Planner, $97/mo on PushPress, $99/mo on TeamUp, and only on the top tier for Arbox ($239/mo).
- Card processing. Usually 2.6% to 3.5% plus about $0.30 per payment. On $15,000 a month of dues, 2.9% + $0.30 per member is about $465/mo, often more than the software itself.
- Quotes and contracts. Mindbody, Glofox and Mariana Tek publish no full price list; Walla prices depend on a contract term. Get the all-in number in writing.
Per-member or flat: where the lines cross
WodGuru charges $1 per active member with a $49 minimum and a $249 cap, so it is cheaper than RhinoFit’s flat $57 up to 57 members and cheaper than PushPress Core Pro ($159) up to 159 members. Above that, flat plans win on subscription price, although card rates and add-ons can change the answer. Each review has a calculator that adds processing and typical add-ons at your roster size.
Quote-based platforms
Mindbody publishes only a $79/mo entry point and owners report $99 to $499+ a month per location before the branded app and processing. Glofox advertises plans starting at $99/mo, with operators reporting $110 to $400+. Mariana Tek publishes no prices at all; third-party listings report about $179 to $285/mo for a single location. If a marketplace or a specific integration is not essential, a transparent platform usually wins on total cost. See Mindbody vs Glofox and PushPress vs Mindbody.
