The short verdict
Wodboard is the most box-native software we review. Class programming with official CrossFit and Hyrox programming, athlete score logging, PR tracking, whiteboards and class display screens sit next to memberships, bookings, payments, a POS app and access control — all in one price based on how many athletes you have, from $110/mo.
The extras are clearly priced: a white-label app and CRM & marketing automation at $125/mo each, and optional websites. The limits: published pricing stops at 200 athletes, and there is no free plan.

A realistic bill
A 120-athlete box with its own app pays $190 + $125 = $315/mo; add the CRM and it is $440/mo. Without add-ons it stays at $190 — programming, scoring, POS and access control included.
Outside the US, Wodboard publishes its own price list in pounds and euros (choose the currency at the top of its pricing page). The euro figures match the dollar ones; the pound figures are lower.
