Why FitBizStack exists

Javier launched FitBizStack in September 2026 to answer the question every coach and gym owner asks before signing up: what will this software actually cost me each month? Vendors advertise a headline price; the real bill adds client tiers, add-ons and card processing. Every review here puts the two side by side.

FitBizStack is independent: no vendor or investor has a say in a score. When a platform pays a commission, the disclosure says so, and the editorial independence policy explains why it never changes a ranking.

What Javier checks before anything goes live

Prices checked at the source

Every price comes from the vendor’s own pricing page, its site code or a written quote, and carries the date it was confirmed.

The real monthly bill

Base plan, required add-ons and payment processing at realistic client and member counts, not the headline.

One published score

Six factors with fixed, published weights, the same for every platform. Commissions never move a number.

Re-checked every month

Prices are re-verified monthly, and each review shows the date it was last updated.
