The short verdict
Trainerize (now ABC Trainerize) has the most complete client-facing app in online coaching: workouts, habits, meal and macro tracking, wearables, challenges and messaging all live in one polished app your clients will actually open. It also has one of the few genuinely free plans (1 client) and an AI Workout Builder from the $10 Grow plan.
You pay for that polish. The Pro plan climbs from $25/mo for 5 clients to $250/mo for 200, and the pieces many coaches need — the meal planner, payments, video coaching and the Business tools — are monthly add-ons. A typical 30-client coach who takes payments and uses meal plans pays about $134/mo, not the $10 on the headline.

Trainerize prices by coaching-client seats. Coaching clients get the full app (programs, tracking, messaging); "Basic" clients who only book appointments or buy products do not count toward your limit (15 on Grow, Pro 5 and Pro 15; unlimited from Pro 30). Annual billing saves about 10%.

05 Trainerize
Branded app: three very different options
Trainerize sells branding at three levels, and they are easy to confuse. The Pro branded app ($169 one-time) adds your logo and colors to the Trainerize app. The Studio branded app, included in Studio plans (from $275/mo), is a fully white-labelled app listed under your brand name in the App Store and Google Play. The Enterprise app adds deeper customization and a dedicated account manager.
Publishing to the Apple App Store under your own name also needs an Apple Developer account ($99/year, paid to Apple). And if you cancel, a custom branded app is deactivated and clients return to the main Trainerize app. Compare the alternatives in our branded app guide.

Can I cancel Trainerize at any time?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month unless you choose annual billing. Downgrades apply at the end of the billing cycle and there are no refunds for unused time. On cancellation you move to the free plan and clients above its limit are deactivated.
