How we review
Every platform is scored the same way, with published weights and dated, verified pricing. Here is exactly how the numbers are built.
Verify at the source
Every price is checked against the vendor’s own pricing page, its code or a written quote — in the same month we publish.
Model the true cost
Base plan + required add-ons + payment processing, at realistic client and member counts. Not just the headline.
Score six factors
Each platform gets 0–10 on six factors. The weights below are published and identical for every review.
Stay independent
Scores are set before any commercial relationship and never move because of one. Platforms without affiliate programs are reviewed the same way.
The six weighted factors
Weights that sum to 100%
The overall score is the weighted average, rounded to one decimal. The catalog is ranked automatically by it. Transparency rewards vendors who publish all their prices — quote-only platforms score low there by design.

How we verify pricing
- Every price is checked against the vendor’s public pricing, its site code (structured data) or a written quote.
- Each figure is stamped with the month we confirmed it (currently October 2026) and re-checked every month.
- We model the true monthly cost — base plan + add-ons + payment processing — not just the headline.
- When a vendor publishes nothing, we say so and show third-party figures (Capterra, G2, SoftwareAdvice) clearly labelled as reported. We never invent numbers.
Independence
Scores and rankings are decided before any commercial relationship and never change because of it. Read our editorial independence policy and advertising disclosure.
