My PT Hub’s whole pitch is predictability: once you pass three clients you pay one flat price — $59/mo, or $52/mo billed annually — whether you coach 10 people or 300. That makes it one of the cheapest per-client options in online coaching once your roster grows, and the Premium plan now includes an AI workout builder, group classes, live streams and automated check-ins.
The trade-off is polish and add-ons. The client app is functional rather than beautiful, and the extras that serious coaching businesses want — your own App Store listing, AI check-ins, Zapier, extra trainers — are priced separately. Add them all and the $215/mo Ultimate plan becomes the better deal.

Ultimate includes all of that plus 5 extra trainers for $215/mo ($195 billed annually). If you need the white-label app and one more add-on, go straight to Ultimate.

My PT Hub sells two different levels of branding, and the names are easy to confuse. The custom branded app ($95 one-time) puts your icon and branding on trainer and client devices, but clients still find the app as My PT Hub. The white-label app ($145/mo, included in Ultimate) adds your own App Store and Google Play listing under your business name.
