Wodify grew up inside CrossFit and it shows: workout tracking, leaderboards and heart-rate integration are the best in our gym category, and Ask Wodify AI answers business questions straight from your own data. 65% of its customers say they switched from a competitor, and Wodify runs the migration, setup and training itself.
The catch is pricing. Only the entry plan (Essentials) has a number attached — $99/mo per location if you book a demo, $199 regular otherwise — and Accelerate and Ultimate are sales-call-only. We re-checked the pricing page on October 1, 2026, a day after its own "book a demo by September 30" deadline: the same banner was still live, unchanged. Treat that urgency as standing marketing copy, not a real cutoff.

A deadline that doesn’t expire
The pricing page’s headline reads "Book a demo by September 30 to save $100 every month." We first saw this banner in September; re-checking on October 1 it was identical, with the same date. Either it is stale copy nobody updated, or the "deadline" is not really one — either way, don’t let it rush a decision.
A small onboarding fee applies (covers template setup, schedule building and client import) but its amount is not published. Month-to-month, no long-term contract.
